See Fingercheck in action
Take an interactive walkthrough of Fingercheck, the payroll, time tracking, and HR platform built for hourly teams. Run payroll, fix time cards, see who’s clocked in, map field punches, build schedules. It’s all one system, so hours flow straight into payroll with no manual transfer.
From scheduled shift to clock-in to paycheck, one system
For hourly teams, the workday is a chain: you schedule a shift, someone clocks in, the hours land on a time card, and payroll runs from that. Here’s each piece, and how it feeds the next.
Scheduling
Build the week on a calendar by employee, department, job, or task, then publish it to your team in a tap. Drag to move a shift, copy to repeat it, and attach notes or a task list so everyone knows the job before they show up.
Best for: field services, real estate/property management, and any deskless crew.
GEO Live Map
When the crew clocks in, each punch drops a pin on a live map with the name, time, and location. You can see who’s actually on site without a single phone call, and the buddy punching stops on its own.
Best for: construction and field services fighting buddy punching and time theft.
Live Status
Watch the day unfold in real time: who’s clocked in, who’s out, and who’s missing a punch, color-coded at a glance. Spot a problem, click the status, and jump straight into that time card to fix it.
Best for: field services and multi-site teams managing shifts remotely.
Time Cards
Every punch lands here. The Time Card view is the hub for hours, edits, and totals, sorted by employee and filterable by department or supervisor. Fix what needs fixing, and the corrected hours are ready for payroll. No re-keying.
Best for: staffing, construction, and any team still doing manual work.
Payroll
Now the paycheck. Hours flow in from the time cards you just approved, and Fingercheck calculates wages and taxes automatically, across state lines in a single run. Review the totals, hit run, and you’re done from anywhere.
Best for: multi-state operations and any owner who runs payroll off-hours.

Demo glossary
Quick definitions for the tools you’ll see in the Fingercheck walkthrough. Each one is a piece of how Fingercheck connects scheduling, time tracking, and payroll for hourly and deskless teams. If a term in the demo isn’t clear, start here.
GEO live map
A live map showing where employees punched in and out, using the GPS location captured on each punch.
Geofencing
A virtual boundary around a job site. Employees can only clock in when they’re physically inside it, which stops off-site and buddy punching.
Live status
A real-time board showing who’s clocked in, clocked out, or missing a punch right now.
Time card
The record of an employee’s punches for a pay period, where hours are reviewed, edited, and totaled before they flow into payroll.
Unlimited payroll
One flat monthly fee to run payroll as often as needed, with no per-run charges.
Pay On-Demand
Pay On-Demand is our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution, offering employees access to their earned wages ahead of payday.
Multi-state payroll
Wage withholding and tax filing across more than one state, handled inside a single pay run.
Certified payroll
Automated wage and hour reporting required on government and prevailing-wage projects.
