What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! It is effortless to use; from adding time to holidays, PTO or regular time, it's easy. I have used other programs, but they were never simple. This system is excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the issue of keeping track of my employee's hours with just one push of their fingerprint, which has been helpful. I do not have as many missed punches with this system. It is nice that the clock also states when the fingerprint isn't read so it reminds employees they need to try again. I'm also able to see all of my employees anniversaries and pay rates which is so helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how responsive the service is – via chat or call, they're available within minutes. The platform itself is easy to navigate and operate – it never takes me too long to correct anything or generate a report. I like that you can have the system generate various default reports, but also you can create a custom one to best fit your business needs.

Time attendance – there are multiple options of how you can log in or out, which covers many different workstyles – remote, hybrid, and office-based. It's also great in terms of tracking PTO days usage and managing Accrual policies.

Best Streamlined Process for HR Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this software is that it makes onboarding and payroll so much more streamlined. All I have to do is enter the employee's name and email and they then are sent a link where they finish all their I9 paperwork, they fill their tax information, and then they enter all their direct deposit information. It's all set to go. You can set up automatic pay periods so that when you run payroll, all the payees are listed automatically. Their customer support is fantastic and always available, which is a big plus.

I am solving the problem that it's so time-saving to process payroll so efficiently. The system is incredibly user-friendly, and it's saving us time because we can get all of the payroll completed in 15 mins or less. I love that I can add supervisors to approve others' time. It's great to manage time off.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently many companies re-brand their products completely and change interfaces quite drastically, and that understandably creates disruptions for companies relying on said products. You don't have to worry about that with Fingercheck – all improvements and changes never create any disruptions for me. The interface looks the same and stays intuitively easy to navigate. Not to say that they stagnate – it's a very modern and sophisticated tool for HR, it just doesn't turn your world upside down when there's a new update, which says a lot about customer experience. This helps me stay efficient and productive.

Clean and transparent time cards for employees – makes it really easy, when working with payments. Helps to cut time spent on runninf reportd for billing department and they have a clear picture, of what each employee has earned.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy features it has and the quick access to help. Any time there has been an issue I just click on the instant messenger and within minutes my problem is solved. Not only is it a robust system but you can always add on features when you like and if you like. I love it!

I use FinberCheck to keep track of our employees time and attendance. I can easily also appoint job orders and schedules to each employee. Although I am not appointing a job code at this time I'm glad it does have this awesome feature. I can also easily print out labor reports for the Director of Operations and the CEO with out any problems. I use these for my cost and labor reports i generate every week. I can also export payroll through the quick export methods Finger check has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
This system is the perfect time clock for our needs as a construction business. The flexibility for employees to manage themselves or use a set clock on site makes managing all aspects of a small business seem more doable. The scheduling allows us to set up advanced notices with employees and customers and describe the work done. Logging tasks allows us to analyse the data to see where our time, money, and resources are best allocated. I really like that legal advice reps are always available.

Time management between multiple job sites, allocating resources, and keeping track of reimbursements. all logistic aspects of small business operation have been mitigated and productivity is at an all time high. This platform makes your business absolutely efficient and professional. Tracking hours overall has benefited the company by making the employees responsible for logging time and reaching their weekly hourly goal. This has allowed a more specific focus as to the hours we are tracking and logging to see where our money is spent and how. This creates better estimating techniques on future jobs.

This system makes it easy to keep track of your employees. The free app that employees can install is very user friendly and makes it convenient if you have employees that work remotely. You are able to set parameters and set exclusions… It would be difficult to function with my out of state employees without it.

I love that Fingercheck does timecard tracking as well as payroll all in one SaaS product. This is really the only one out there that I could find that does that.

Its so nice not to have to transfer data across from timesheets to payroll. Payroll is super easy to run, and it has other HR functions which I haven't taken advantage of yet.

Ease of use, 100 times better than our old system, Surepayroll. Totally integrated Time Clock and Payroll, with the proper securities for all classes of uses.

The complete Payroll process is done in 5 Minutes, before it was at least an hour. Before, Fingercheck, I would miss something, like a GL Entry, or mailing a garnishment, now as I complete a payroll, the checks are printed with one click of a button.

They're the best!!! 100% would recommend I have now been using Fingercheck for 7 years now we did switch to another PR company for a year but quickly went back to Fingercheck and have been so glad that we did!

We have had issues with our accruals but we are still working with them to figure out any kinks or bugs in the algorithm to keep things on the up and up. Again they are a delight to work with. Accrual issues have been corrected and service is even better than before!
