What do you like best about the product?
I love that Fingercheck does timecard tracking as well as payroll all in one SaaS product. This is really the only one out there that I could find that does that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its so nice not to have to transfer data across from timesheets to payroll. Payroll is super easy to run, and it has other HR functions which I haven't taken advantage of yet.

Joseph and team really do a great job explaining the benefits and pricing to customers. I started out just using their physical machine now we use their cloud system as well. Fingercheck is most fair system for employees and employer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my employees are able to punch in and out regardless of where they are and communicate through the app for days off and the like. I like that it automatically calculates time clocks. I like that the customer service is responsive to my questions.

Collect all of my employees contact information through the website and store it there. I have an accurate time clock for their working hours.

With Fingercheck, I am paying much less than I was paying ADP and getting a better product. I like that the time tracking and payroll are integrated into one system unlike they were with ADP.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, 100 times better than our old system, Surepayroll. Totally integrated Time Clock and Payroll, with the proper securities for all classes of uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complete Payroll process is done in 5 Minutes, before it was at least an hour. Before, Fingercheck, I would miss something, like a GL Entry, or mailing a garnishment, now as I complete a payroll, the checks are printed with one click of a button.

Employees in the office can clock in using their fingerprint and employees who are out in the field can be given a login with specific parameters (GPS / picture taken).

They are consistent in making sure whatever you need is taken care of…and in a TIMELY manner. I have worked with this company for almost 7 years. They're the best!!! 100% would recommend I have now been using Fingercheck for 7 years now we did switch to another PR company for a year but quickly went back to Fingercheck and have been so glad that we did!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had issues with our accruals but we are still working with them to figure out any kinks or bugs in the algorithm to keep things on the up and up. Again they are a delight to work with. Accrual issues have been corrected and service is even better than before!
