If you’re signed up with our all-in-one platform, our newest feature is the ability to generate your company’s job offer letters directly from Fingercheck!

When you’re finally ready to hire the right applicant, instead of manually entering the applicant’s personal information into an individualized job offer, you can now generate an offer letter right from Fingercheck.

This feature eliminates the administrative burden of manual entry and reduces the time it takes for you to complete a job offer letter. Having one centralized data management system ultimately saves you time, effort, and energy.

To add your offer letters, you will simply upload them in an editable PDF, then drag and drop fields you wish Fingercheck to automatically fill in.

Once uploaded, you’ll select which offer letter to send this applicant and the offer letter will automatically populate the information from the applicant’s pre-entered data.
