If you’ve ever needed to reprint checks through FingerCheck360, you’d know that within our system, it’s as simple as choosing a pay period and selecting the checks you want to print again.
However, in certain instances, you may have found it a bit more challenging. For instance, have you ever tried reprinting multiple checks for one employee? Or reprinting a manual check?
Well, now there’s a simple way to do just that. Every check ever paid to an employee is now contained within their employee’s profile. Within the employee profile, you can easily navigate to pay history and locate any check to print again.
This will also include any manual checks that were paid to an employee outside any scheduled payrolls. If you need to reprint a manual check or several checks for one employee, this method will be easier than selecting checks from a specific pay period.
While this is a convenient option for those circumstances, the “Reprint Checks” option is still ideal for printing multiple employees’ checks from one payroll cycle. How do you feel about this new feature?
