Promotion Overview

Fingercheck is offering the Early Spring Promotion (the “Promotion”) beginning February 6, 2026 and ending March 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier by Fingercheck.

This Promotion provides three (3) months free on the base payroll subscription fee only for eligible clients. All other fees remain applicable.

1. Promotional Discount Structure

Eligible Clients will receive the following discount:

• Three (3) months free of the base payroll subscription fee

• Credit will be applied in months 4–6 of service

Important Notes:

The Promotion applies only to the base payroll subscription fee. All other fees apply as normal.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an “Eligible Client,” the following conditions must be met:

• Must be a new payroll customer creating a payroll account with Fingercheck

• Must sign up for a 360 or 360 Plus payroll plan

• Existing Fingercheck Time & Attendance customers are eligible if upgrading to payroll

• Clients must not be enrolled in any other Fingercheck promotion, discount, or referral offer

• Promotion is available once per eligible client

Fingercheck reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility.

3. Promotion Application

• The Promotion applies only to monthly base subscription fees on 360 & 360 Plus plans

• The promotional credit is applied after onboarding is completed and payroll processing has begun

• Credits are applied to invoices in months 4–6 only

• The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to prior invoices

• No cash value; credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

4. Additional Terms

• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

• Fingercheck reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.

• To receive the discount, the new account must complete onboarding and process payroll before the discounted months begin.

• All services provided under this Promotion are subject to Fingercheck’s standard terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

5. General Promotion Conditions

• New Accounts Only: Only new clients and accounts in good standing are eligible.

• No Cash Redemption: Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. offers are non-transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, or sold.

• No Retroactive Application: Offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior invoices.

• Availability: All offers, products, and services are subject to availability, and Fingercheck reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer at any time.

• Void Where Prohibited: Offers are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

• Official Timekeeper: Fingercheck’s system is the official date and time-keeping mechanism for all offers.

• Sales Tax Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any applicable sales tax related to the offer.
