I really enjoy how user friendly this platform has been for our needs. It has absolutely changed the way we do things. Employees are happy with all the features, since they can now log their time card, request time off and track their PTO and schedule all in one place. Because of these new features they log in daily to log in and out of their time cards. The Implentation team took great care and walked us through the payroll process. Their support helped us understand how to track time and PTO. The transition period for the new system happened in a matter of days and the team had no problem integrating in the new process.

The immediate problems that Fingercheck is solving is having the ability for employees to check their upcoming schedules, tracking their time and also the abilityto request their PTO in one place.

It is very easy to run payroll due to the integration or the employees timesheet with the payment process, the settings for different options are amzing and I like the fact that employees have access to their data specially paystub and tax return forms. Also enroll a new employe is very simple and get reports are very easy as well.

It saves a lot of time while I am doing the payroll. Employees have their own responsibility to clock in and clock out and they can also request time off electronically. The simplicity! It is effortless to use; from adding time to holidays, PTO or regular time, it's easy. I have used other programs, but they were never simple. This system is excellent!

They solve the issue of keeping track of my employee's hours with just one push of their fingerprint, which has been helpful. I do not have as many missed punches with this system. It is nice that the clock also states when the fingerprint isn't read so it reminds employees they need to try again. The platfrom itself is easy to navigate and operate – it never takes me to long to correct anything or generate a report. I like, that you can have the system generate varios default reports, but also you can create a custom one to best fit your business needs.

Best Streamlined Process for HR Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this software is that it makes onboarding and payroll so much more streamlined. All I have to do is enter the employee's name and email and they then are sent a link where they finish all their I9 paperwork, they fill their tax information, and then they enter all their direct deposit information. It's all set to go. You can set up automatic pay periods so that when you run payroll, all the payees are listed automatically. Their customer support is fantastic and always available, which is a big plus.

I am solving the problem that it's so time-saving to process payroll so efficiently. The system is incredibly user-friendly, and it's saving us time because we can get all of the payroll completed in 15 mins or less. I love that I can add supervisors to approve others' time. What do you like best about the product?
Recently many companies re-brand their products completely and change interfaces quite drastically, and that understandably creates disruptions for companies relying on said products. You don't have to worry about that with Fingercheck – all improvements and changes never create any disruptions for me. The interface looks the same and stays intuitively easy to navigate. Not to say that they stagnate – it's a very modern and sophisticated tool for HR, it just doesn't turn your world upside down when there's a new update, which says a lot about customer experience. This helps me stay efficient and productive.

Clean and transparent time cards for employees – makes it really easy, when working with payments. Helps to cut time spent on runninf reportd for billing department and they have a clear picture, of what each employee has earned.

I use FinberCheck to keep track of our employees time and attendance. I can easily also appoint job orders and schedules to each employee. Although I am not appointing a job code at this time I'm glad it does have this awesome feature. This system is the perfect time clock for our needs as a construction business. The flexibility for employees to manage themselves or use a set clock on site makes managing all aspects of a small business seem more doable. The scheduling allows us to set up advanced notices with employees and customers and describe the work done.
