As an employer or HR manager, sometimes you’ll need employees to upload certain custom documents–such as legal papers, contracts, scans of IDs, certificates, and more. Enter: Fingercheck’s brand-new easy to use a feature, which allows workers to do exactly that!

Fingercheck360 has always provided employers with the ability to upload onboarding materials for new hires, as well as provide essential forms such as W-4s and I-9s for electronic signatures. This functionality has facilitated the convenient sharing of these essential records with all authorized members of the company.

Our new feature takes things one step further, permitting the employees themselves to upload custom documents. In just a few clicks, a worker can share all sorts of forms that might be required and reviewed by the company

Activating the employee document upload feature is entirely optional, and very easy for employers and administrators to do. They merely need to enter Setup on their dashboard, go to the HR tab, and choose “Documents.” Once they click “Add,” a window will pop up giving them the option to authorize employees to upload the specific document needed to complete onboarding.

It’s just another way that Fingercheck is constantly innovating our software to make payroll and HR more intuitive, approachable, and efficient.
