Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

Fingercheck is offering the 2025 Year-End Promotion (the “Promotion”) beginning September 9, 2025 and running through January 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier.

This Promotion provides discounts for eligible new payroll accounts and applies only to the Base monthly subscription fee and Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) costs. All other fees remain applicable.

The Promotion is available only once per Eligible Client (as defined below). Clients who have previously received a Fingercheck promotional discount are ineligible, unless Fingercheck, in its sole discretion, decides to extend the same or a similar Promotion again in the future.

1. Promotional Discount Structure

Eligible Clients will receive the following discount:

  • 50% off Base + PEPM costs for three months (months 4–6 of service).

Important Notes:

  • The Promotion does not cover one-time or additional fees,  or any add-on services outside of the selected payroll plan.
  • Discount is applied on a back-loaded basis (months 4–6).
  • The total promotional discount shall not exceed $3,000 per month in credit. If the calculated 50% discount exceeds this amount, the discount will be capped at $3,000 for that month. Fingercheck may, at its sole discretion, increase or waive this cap.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an “Eligible Client,” you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a net-new payroll client creating your first payroll account with Fingercheck. Previous payroll clients with old, suspended, terminated, or existing payroll accounts are not eligible. Must sign up for Fingercheck’s 360 or 360 Plus payroll plans.
  • Existing Time & Attendance Fingercheck clients are eligible if they upgrade to a payroll plan.
  • New EINs will be treated as net-new accounts, subject to standard credit and eligibility review.
  • Reactivations of former accounts may be eligible at Fingercheck’s sole discretion.
  • Account Transfers from existing accounts are excluded.
  • Clients must not be enrolled in any other Fingercheck promotion, discount, or referral offer.

3. Promotion Application

  • The Promotion applies only to monthly Base subscription fees and PEPM costs.
  • Clients remain responsible for all other additional fees or service costs listed in Fingercheck’s standard terms and conditions.

4. Additional Terms

  • The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  • Fingercheck reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.
  • To receive the discount, the new account must complete onboarding and process payroll before the discounted months begin.
  • All services provided under this Promotion are subject to Fingercheck’s standard terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

5. General Promotion Conditions

  • New Accounts Only: Only new clients and accounts in good standing are eligible.
  • No Cash Redemption: Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. offers are non-transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, or sold.
  • No Retroactive Application: Offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior invoices.
  • Availability: All offers, products, and services are subject to availability, and Fingercheck reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer at any time.
  • Void Where Prohibited: Offers are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
  • Official Timekeeper: Fingercheck’s system is the official date and time-keeping mechanism for all offers.
  • Sales Tax Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any applicable sales tax related to the offer.

By participating in this Promotion, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
