There are a number of benefits to using social media to recruit applicants for an opening, but before we get into that, let’s go over some of the basics tips for creating social media-friendly job postings. Many companies post jobs on social so make yours stand out with an eye-catching title, call to action, and hashtags like “#jobs” or “#hiring” or even something more specific like “#financejobs.” It’s okay to post multiple times because it’s likely that some people won’t see it the first time. A friendly reminder can’t hurt – just don’t take over the entire newsfeed!

There are two major benefits to posting on social media: 1. It’s easy to check on the go from mobile devices and 2. It’s easy to search. If you’re not posting on social media, you’re missing out on an important opportunity to find the ideal candidate. You don’t have to worry about the time that it will take to make the postings – Fingercheck’s Applicant Tracking takes care of it for you!
