New Feature: Icon Indicates Punches with Notes

Most clients are surprised at just how quickly we incorporate their feedback into our software updates.

We are constantly in communication with the businesses who use our software and are always looking for the next new feature to add to FingerCheck.

Our newest feature addition may not seem like a big one, but it will definitely make a difference to employees and their managers.

Now, supervisors and administrators can now easily identify when employees have included a message with their punch, as FingerCheck now flags these punches with a special notepad icon.

This feature allows employers to more easily keep track of their employees who include a message with their punch, which is especially beneficial if an employee leaves a note that needs to be read urgently.

This heightens employee visibility within the Time Card tab, as the icon stands out among a mass of punches. Employees write messages when punching for a variety of reasons, a function they can access using the mobile app as well as the online time clock page.

From jotting down an explanation for being late to writing their supervisor a quick general message, now, employees are likelier to have their punch notes noticed and read.
