Not only are customer feedback and requests important to us, but they are also vital to help us offer the best product we can. Since every company has its own unique circumstances that require constant improvisation, we are aware our software has to be just as responsive.

With that being said, we are proud to announce a new feature we believe will be very helpful to many companies within the FingerCheck family. Since we service companies with multiple locations and internationally-based staff, many employers have expressed a strong desire to select certain employees as fingerprint enrollers who can manage the fingerprints for their clocks. As a result, we have created a feature within our site that will allow administrators to designate employees as fingerprint enrollers, who will have the authority to enter their assigned clock and enroll fingerprints on behalf of their team.

We would like to acknowledge that these new roles will have a very limited amount of rights (you can learn about default role rights here) and will only be able to perform this one function, not any other supervisor or administrator tasks. Any business can benefit from assigning fingerprint enrollment rights to a trusted employee member who can take over in the case that they are busy or absent.
