Our “Mass Entry” capability is one of the popular features we offer. With just a few clicks administrators can create wide-sweeping changes within their company’s time logging, whether it be across the board or for specific groups of employees (such as by department).

For instance, admins can uniformly punch in for their entire staff, apply a specific division earning code to multiple employees who are absent, make time entries that flex and adjust to different employees’ differing schedules, and more. The feature intuitively adjusts to the entry type you select and the drop-down menus and information bars change to provide you with options for each. Before, admins were only able to make punch, absence, and hour entries. Now, four more types have been added to give you expanded options.
