Electronically Customize Employee Agreements with FingerCheck360

As an employer, you undoubtedly have paperwork you have new employees, or even contractors, read and sign in order to sign on with the company.

Now, instead of being required to print and personally individualize each employee agreement and employee contract, you can now upload editable documents into FingerCheck360, and for each new individual, the documents will automatically prefill with their specific data, all ready to be signed electronically.

All you have to do is upload a document in the form of an editable PDF and indicate the fields to which the data should be mapped to in FingerCheck. When onboarding the employee, select which agreements and contracts they should sign, and as your employee moves through the onboarding process, the fields will auto-fill with the information they put in while onboarding. All that’s left to do is e-sign!

This new feature reduces the administrative effort expended in preparing paper documents and eliminates time-consuming data entry. If you are a FingerCheck360 enabled business, you can now begin using this feature.

This service will work with any editable PDF files and is free of charge. If you do not have the means to create those PDFs, please contact our customer service for other options.
