New Feature: Timesheets in Employee Profiles

Time Sheets from a sample employee's profile in the Employee tab

Now within FingerCheck, employers can view the time sheet data of their employees using a new function built into the Employee Menu – Time Sheets. By navigating to the Employee Tab and clicking into an Employee’s Profile, admins and supervisors can access each employee’s time sheets.

Data can be filtered by preset time measures, like by pay period, pay cycle, and weekly/monthly/annual intervals, or by individually entering a date range. In addition to the data columns displayed above, the “Customization” list opens to reveal even more data sources that can be dragged in. To make edits to the time card, simply click on one of the hyperlinks.

This will pull up the time card for that pay period, which you can then make edits to.

This new function allows supervisors/admins to view data without having to click into the Time Card tab, offering a visually-friendly source of information that can be filtered with ease.

Since reviewing timesheets is a priority for our clients, it seemed natural to build a timesheet capability into our employee tab, where many supervisors/admins spend their time. We hope this new function will prove helpful to you.
