Employees of HR-Enabled Companies Can Now Check Whose Clocked In
After receiving a phone call from an employee wanting to know how they could view another employee’s clock-in status, we decided to add an extra function to our cloud-based time and attendance software that would display just that.
Now on FingerCheck, employees within HR-enabled companies can log in and view the clock-in status of any of their colleagues.
Sticking with our simple and intuitive layout, we made doing this a one-step process – just click on “Directory” next to the Logout button, and the Employee Directory will pop up with a list of employees and detailed information.
This information box now includes “Current Status” and will read:
- “Not Clocked” if they have not clocked in for the day
- “Clocked in” if they are currently clocked in
- “Clocked out” if they are clocked out
